Healthy breakfast idea for kids
Since our son was born we have been searching for tasty, healthy breakfast ideas that children would eat. Not long ago I came across this excellent breakfast idea that our son just loves at the moment. Lots of fruits are coming into season with summer approaching fast.
Delicious coconut oats with fruits
Ingredients
Cup of coconut water
Half a cup of rolled oats
1 teaspoon of chia seed
Half a cup of chopped fruits of choice eg strawberries, raspberries, mangoes, papaya, banana
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let the oats soak till it is soft, and ready to eat. So yummm.
