If you use our website to place a gift order to be delivered directly to the gift receiver (third party) it is your responsibility to ensure the third party also agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy also applies to any personal information we collect directly from you at a physical market (Market), school or seasonal fete (Fetes) and over any telephone or mobile device (Telephony). Our Site and shopping cart provider, Big Commerce and payment gateway providers, Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay and Square secure and manage all credit card payment information on our behalf. These providers have been certified as PCI DSS compliant providing a secure environment for processing your credit card transactions. All information collected, except credit card information mentioned above, via our Site is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption Site wide. This protection is identified by the “s” in the https:// address bar meaning information you enter into any web page on our Site is encrypted for your security and privacy.

All personal information collected via Markets, Fetes or Telephony will, as much as reasonably possible and within our control, be used, stored and protected as per this this Privacy Policy.
