Here's our Top 5 electronic and plastic free Easter holiday activities to get the kids off the couch and active

1. Easter Egg (or Bilby) hunt - hide some of those quality Easter eggs around the back yard or campground and let the kids run wild looking for them.....don't forget to count how many you hide to make sure they find them all!

2. Easter Egg painting - grab some eggs and blow the yoke and whites from them, give the kids some fine brushes and colourful water colour paint and watch them create artistic magic with their imaginations

3. Back yard obstacle course - a favourite of our's is setting up various obstacles and challenges around the back yard with a trail of coloured Wooden Blocks to follow. The kids run around the course as fast as they can while we time them, its amazing how much faster they get after the first few times. Grab your stop watch and line the kids up on the starting grid.

4. Spot the hiding animals - hit the outdoors armed with a pencil and pad and jot down the names (or just a count) of all those little creatures and insects the kids discover.....you will be amazed at how many they find in 15 mins. 5. Visit an Animal Shelter - an all time super activity to entertain the kids, introduce them to animals they don't normally see and teach them the importance of caring for animals to make sure they don't end up in shelters.
