Products

- Allergies
Our products (branded “greengrub” on each product) and those we on-sell from other manufacturers are made from, and finished in, non-toxic materials. In rare cases however some individuals may have allergic reactions to these materials.
Given our products are generally designed for use by children we strongly recommend you slowly introduce any new product to the child and monitor until you are satisfied there is no risk of allergic reactions. Please email us by clicking here if you would like further information.

- Availability
Products available on our website include those handmade by us (greengrub branded) and others made by quality manufactures which we resell.

greengrub brand; as these products are handmade by us to order products are generally not available for immediate dispatch or posting unless otherwise advised. We commence making your greengrub branded products once your order payment has cleared. Manufacturing and finishing times vary with the size, complexity and availability of raw materials. General guidelines in regards to these times are provided in each greengrub branded product’s web page within the ‘product description’ section however these are not guaranteed.

Other brands; we hold reasonable stocks of products we resell and these are generally dispatched or posted within twenty four (24) hours from receiving cleared payment for your order. In instances we are out of stock of your ordered product we will send you email notification within twenty four (24) hours advising the length of the expected delay and an offer to supply an equivalent substitute product, store credit or refund.

In general, at times some products and services may not be available on our website. Products and services may also change from time to time. We will endeavor to advise you in advance of any availability issues or changes via our website however this may not always be possible.

- Variations
All our products contain natural materials and utilise various manufacturing processes and as such, each product is unique and may differ from that shown within photographs on our website. Product characteristics such as colour, grain, texture, weight and strength can and do vary between products. By purchasing products from this website you accept these variations and further agree these variations are not reason in themselves to request a product/s return or refund.

You can be assured all our products are ‘fit for purpose’ and have been individually inspected for quality prior to posting out to you.

- Ordering Process & Pricing
By placing an order on this website you are making an offer to purchase a product or service from us at the price, including any other charges, displayed at the time of placing your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason including, but not limited to, suspicious payment information, personal details or order characteristics.

Displayed prices and charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are current at the time of placement on our website however may change at any time for any reason. You are responsible for any other charges not displayed on our website which may apply on delivery, including but not limited to, Customs Duties, Taxes, Government charges or Courier re-delivery charges due to provision of incorrect address details or access issues.

Online order value, not including postage charges, placed on this website is limited to a maximum of $500 AUD. If you wish to place an order of greater value please contact us by clicking here.
